The reason why I’m sharing this? Not because I’m excited about the movie (I totally am, but not to the “NEED.TO.WATCH.NOW!” extent), but because…

When they went “Wow”, so did I! Not because of Rapunzel herself, but because of her dad. ;__; *shameful!*

On another note, I’ve been wanting to get back to crafting. I just need to get my lazy butt off to work. ;_; Have to try to be as productive as possible before Uni starts again. *sobs*

These are character design sketches I did for a personal-turned-RP project with the members of Sidetracked, but it’s currently put on hold due to CF2011 and being busy with life. ;w; This project is yet to be named.

I’ve decided to give rough story descriptions of these characters. Nothing too detailed yet because this project is still under works. ;w;

These characters are known as ‘Creators’ and they are pretty much the ‘deities’ of our particular universe. They create beings known as ‘Elements’, which resemble human beings.

There are 8 Creators altogether. I’m in charge of 3. ;D

Niklos Balthazar Hazarth – The Creator of Earth. Loud, carefree and extremely stubborn. He is possibly the most fatherly to his Elements, among his fellow Creators. He is also ridiculously sentimental. He initially did not accept Inocencia as the new Creator, but warmed up to her rather quickly (Sadly, the other party doesn’t warm up to him as easily).

Inocencia Faustine – The Creator of Void. She is the only Creator ever appointed (not born) as a Creator. Unlike all the other Creators that move around freely despite having their own territories, Inocencia prefers to remain in her temple with her Elements. She is a lover of peace and music; she hates it whenever the other Creators (especially Niklos and Wells) disrupt it with their practice fights.

Noah Gelousi – The Creator of Dark. No one knows if he is actually blind, but he wears his visor over his eyes at all times. He is a man of few words; he prefers to observe his surroundings instead of simply jumping into things (unlike Niklos x: /cough). He tends to have a particular favourite among his Elements, which is something that he should not be doing (a Creator should be treating all Elements equally).

These are the beings known as ‘Elements’, created by Creators. They are literally elements of everything that exist; if you know sadness, that is because there is an Element representing such emotion. Creators are basically the parental figures of these Elements.

Luceia Neyro – The Element of Inspiration. She wields a large light bulb spear known as ‘Eureka!’. She is created by the Creator of Light and is currently a Follower of Light. She does not speak much, but when she does she is usually rather foul-mouthed.

Enakai Baron Stroude – The Element of Voltage. He is created by the Creator of Dark (Noah) but is currently a Follower of Metal. Unable to fully shake off his Dark elemental heritage, he has difficulty in controlling his current powers. He tends to accidentally electrocute whenever he touches something; he wears his gloves to lessen the impact. He was given a Minion egg by Wells (The Creator of Metal), and it hatched into an owl-like creature. Enakai named her Pellas, and he is extremely protective of her (and vice versa).

Madren Arceius – Known as one of the Keepers. He is a Follower of Void (Inocencia). As one of the temple’s Keepers, he does not leave the temple often, making him rather sheltered from the rest of the world. He is highly devoted to his Creator. He is in charge of keeping memories and secrets of the temple. He is also the ‘past life’ of the current Madren.

Levant Halloween – The Element of Death. He is created by the Creator of Earth (Niklos), but is currently a Follower of Dark (Noah). After discovering that Madren is his twin brother, he sets out to change the current system that forbade twins (Twins cause energy imbalance; If a pair of twins were created by accident, one of them, or sometimes both of them must die). He is also the ‘past life of the current Levant.

I really love the way she does her lineart ;w; It’s sketchy but each stroke makes the overall artwork beautiful (I’m someone who prefers artworks that have messy lines instead of neat, ‘no-error’ lineart). Not only that, she always draws such delicious-looking men! *_* She is (and will always be) my main inspiration for drawing manly men; she portrays the perfect amount of manliness in her drawings. She has great colour sense as well.

Happy New Year, everyone! ♥
I spent my New Year’s at James’ place with Whippy, Yuki and James’ cousin, Yugz. Ry and Amer, as well as Ky and Reno visited us as well (Whippy, Yuki and I stayed over :D). We played Sengoku Basara 3: Utage and cooked an amazing home-cooked dinner to celebrate New Year. :D I had such a great time, I didn’t want it to end. ;w;

The home-cooked New Year dinner we had. :9
James & Yugz made the delicious mashed potato (I was craving for more ;_; )
Yuki cooked the mix vegetable dish and the salad (she even made an amazing dressing for the salad! *_*)
Whippy made the mushroom tapas (DE-LI-CIOUS!) as well as the garlic bread
And I made the tamago (Japanese-style eggs) and marinated beef

Om nom nom! We did our New Year countdown at the dinner table too. XD

My very own customized version of onigiri (Japanese-style riceballs). ;D
Made these for late night snacks while playing Utage.

Here’s to a great year! I really do feel 2012 will be an amazing year :D
I hope I keep to my resolutions this year.

New Year Resolution
• Improve my art skills.
• Venture into various art projects: Drawing a doujin, work on CF merchandise early, OC-design and development, etc.
• Survive university, and excel in my chosen subjects.
• Save and earn money for my year end trip, as well as CF2012.
• Explore drawing older men. (So I can draw old man Shimazu, Oyakata-sama and Muneshige! ♥)
• Generally be a happier person, and a better friend/girlfriend. ;w;
• Do more creative things with my dollies.
• Learn to cope with stress.
• Maintain a decent workplace and room.
• Lose weight. (20kgs! I can do this! >:O)
• Go back to gym regularly.

• His full name is Gideon Kinsley Carnahan, but he prefers to go by Kinsley (Kinn, for short).
• His ancestors are of noble blood, but his family’s reputation is more on the business side nowadays.
• He is the oldest of 3 children; he has 2 younger sisters.
• People who first meet him pass him off as loud, obnoxious and unreliable.
• His favourite colours are brown & green.
• Deems Zoro (Whippy‘s character) as the lust love of his life.
• Has the most obnoxious range of ‘pet names’ for Zoro (trust me, ‘Babycakes’ is nothing when it comes to Kinn!)

• He seems to be nothing but a hedonistic person.
• Madren is his childhood friend; they have been best friends since they were kids.
